ACTIVITY : Design the project system

OBJECTIVE : Design flow chart of system

CONTENT :

This is a system of temperature control system by using Peltier as cooling mechanism. Together fan and heat sink attach together. To produce cool air, 1st we attach the Peltier with heat sink to transfer the cooling heat. Then using a fan to blow the cooling heat.

Project Development Flow Chart

Before starting the project development, its necessary to plan out the flow of the project from the idea writing to the project testing. After the plan all the flow of the project, then can start designing the project, this include the project body exterior and the electric circuit. To start the system process its need to build a simulation for the circuit  and the c language for the processor. through the process there will be few troubleshooting to keep the system working as planned. Later after all the process the last is run testing with the circuit implant in the project case. There may be a troubleshooting to fit in the project in case.

System’s Flow Chart

In this flow chart show how the system work stage by stage. The system will check the temperature 1st before go through the next process. The temperature will check if the temperature above the temperature set up then if will the present of human in vehicle to turn on the system. If there is no present of human in vehicle then it will check the switch, switch can be manually turn on or off. This switch to help cooling the car before the driver get into the car when turn on.

RESULT AND ANALYSIS : This project consist two ways to start operate. the first one, by using motion sensor as automatic switch. the sensor will detect if any present or movement of driver or passager. the other way is, turn on the switch, this is to automatically start the system when park if drive want the temperature in vehicle cool before driving.
